Have you ever received a gift that you didn't even think about or ask for, and then really love? Well, a friend of mine gave me this quesadilla maker for Christmas, and it has become an unexpected hit at our house! We have made them with plain cheese, or with chicken, beef, and refried beans. It is super easy to use and clean.
When I find something simple and easy that my family likes, it makes me very happy. :)
I hope you're all having a great day!

  1. Love the quesadilla maker! I just make them in a skillet, but this looks much easier & healthier! :O)

  2. I've been thinking about getting one. Glad to know they are a good thing.

  3. Ok, That looks so much better than digging out the griddle and standing over it for forever! I'm going to go google it! Thanks for sharing!

  4. Ok, now I am JEALOUS! I want one! lol

Oh, how wrong is this. I am coveting a neighbors......quesadilla maker! lol

My close friend has one. They are wonderful, aren't they!

  5. I've never thought about one of these either. I just use my square fry pan. No butter or anything. We'll usually do chicken and cheese.

THis reminds me of my waffle maker post.

  6. I so need one of those! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE quesidillas! I make mine in the microwave, which of course, doesn't get them all crispy on the outside.

My favorite quesidilla to make at home is to Taco Quesidilla. Most of the time I make them for lunch with leftover taco meat from dinner the night before. But sometimes I will make up a batch of taco meat just for the quesidillas. I put taco blend shredded cheese on the tortilla and then sprinkle the taco meat on top of the cheese. Half of us eat it with Old Elpaso taco sauce, and half of us eat if plain. SOOOO delicious! Just imagine how much better it would be with your new appliance!

  7. Oh yummy. Those makers are great. I am glad you got one and like it so much. Have you thought of fresh spinach, chicken and cheese. Yum. Thanks for coming over today and Blessing me. I appreciate the prayer support. And I read your post about your brother. I am glad he is home. I'll be praying for his continued recovery and that the doctors will have wisdom in treating the lupus.
Praying ya'll get to have services again. We are expected to have more bad weather. Hope you don't.

Thank you for visiting and taking the time to comment. I enjoy hearing from you. :-)
