Yummy Strawberries!

Our strawberries are finally ready!
We picked some today and thought we'd show them to you.
They are so tasty. :)

Here's Lilly. Notice the strawberry juice on her face?
You know Katie had something to do with that.

This is one of our blueberry bushes.
As you can see, the berries aren't ripe yet,
but it won't be long!

Hope you're all having a good week. :)

Take care,
Melanie

  1. Hey Melanie!

There wouldn't be a strawberry left in your garden if my son was there! He LOVES strawberries! I bought some for him at Sams yesterday. I also bought him some blueberries too! He loves all berries!

    Have a Great Day!

And, yes, I had something to do with it. (guilty smile) I was joking around and threw a strawberry at her.

  12. I have had a pretty good week so for. However, it would be much nicer if I had a big bowl of those strawberries.

  13. Hello Melanie~your strawberries look so delicious!! My husband grew a very small patch of strawberries last year. We ate them all in one day! Your blueberries should be delicious, too. They are loaded with antioxidants and especially when they are fresh from your own garden and not shipped to you from Chile! Enjoy,Rose

  14. Yummy:-) I bought some strawberries at a local farmer's market last week and oh my goodness what a difference in flavor!! They were wonderful:-)

I'm a bit envious that you'll have both strawberries AND blueberries right in your yard.
