This is our nativity.
My husband bought the stable at a little country store years ago,
and we added everything else.
It's very special to us, and reminds us of the real reason for
Christmas. :)
For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given.
-Isaiah 9:6
I had to click on this to get a closer look. I really love it, the stable is beautiful! You even have the tiny hay bales!
ReplyDeleteIt is so cute and I also love the little hay bales!
ReplyDeleteThat is precious Melanie! Hope you are staying warm, it is so cold here in the Carolinas!

ReplyDeleteThe whole reason for the season. Sandie
ReplyDeleteI love it! When I was a little girl, I would go to my grandmother's and help her decorate for Christmas. She would have me put up the nativity, while doing that we would watch the Christmas movie with John Denver.
ReplyDeleteOh, that is so sweet! Love the MAIN reason for it - the birth of our precious Saviour.
ReplyDeleteLove you friend,
Lisa
What a very sweet looking nativity set, Melanie! I love it! I can see why it is a treasured part of your Christmas decorations! So glad our Savior was born indeed!!
ReplyDeleteI'm sure you do the same thing or something similar, but every year before we open gifts, we read from the Luke and then say a pray thanking Jesus for the greatest gift of all!!
