I have a sweet blogging friend,
Marcia (some of you may know her already),
whose nephew, Jordan,
was severely injured in Afghanistan recently.
Click here to read her initial story about him.
Right now, he is in Bethesda, Maryland.
If you would like to send him a card,
click here to get his address.
Please keep him and his family in your prayers.
I know they would appreciate it.
Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.
-Galatians 6:2
I hope you all will have a great week.
Take care,
Melanie

Good Morning Melanie,
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful for you to share this with your readers...a true ministry of reaching out to others...may God continue to richly bless your humble heart!
I visited Marcia's blog and got the address...we will send off a card today...as well as pray for Jordan's continued recovery and for God's will in his life. Times like these show us how fragile life is...there is not a day to be wasted.
Hope you are all having wonderful week, my friend,
Laura
My prayers are with him and his family!
ReplyDeleteGood Evening Mrs. Melanie,
ReplyDeletePlease know that my prayers are with Jordan and his family. Tragedies really show us that life is so fragile and that we need to be right with our Lord. It is wonderful that we can pray for him, even if we have never met him and/or live thousands of miles away.
Josh
