Psalm 103:2

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits.

It's so important to pause
and make a conscious effort to be thankful.
Take nothing for granted.

I pray you all will have a week filled with many blessings. :)

  5. I love the Psalms; always so comforting to read them. Praise the Lord oh my soul (my very being)
and forget not his benefits (every single blessing he gives us; every single breath we take, it all comes from him!). It is always good to remember to give thanks for all he is and all he gives!

I hope you have a good week ahead too, Meelanie!

I pray that you and your family have a wonderful week together.

    God Bless,

  8. Yes Melanie, He has given us so much. We need to thank Him always. Not just when things are going good--Thank Him for standing beside us and guiding us when we are struggling! My prayer for you is that the Lord Bless you and and your family in a special way!

  10. So True Melanie, I got tears in my eyes when I read this as our country struggles to do what is right.

I hate summer also, I just thought the proverb fitted for the month of August. We've had a mild summer in Northern CA this year. San Francisco is even cooler. I wish I had their weather, but they can keep SF! not some place I like to go that often. Have a great week! big hugs
